Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for market, credit, operational, cybersecurity, AML/CFT, and regulatory risks.
  • •Identify and assess potential risks across trading, custody, compliance, technology, and operations using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • •Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls for KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
  • •Track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and provide regular risk profile reporting to senior management and the board.
  • •Collaborate with IT security and compliance on cybersecurity and AML/CFT programs, and manage incident response and post-incident reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years in risk management, preferably within financial services.
  • •Experience in cryptocurrency or fintech sectors is highly desirable.
  • •Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and relevant regulatory/AML frameworks.
  • •Master’s degree or professional certifications (FRM, APRM, PRM) preferred.
