Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely and efficiently operate asphalt rollers and compactors on heavy highway projects.
  • •Compact asphalt, soils, and aggregate to meet compaction specifications.
  • •Use knowledge of rolling patterns, vibrating frequencies, and depth comparisons to support compaction work.
  • •Follow grades and perform work that supports accurate compaction and measurements.
  • •Maintain reliable attendance and perform duties as needed to support project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating an asphalt roller on road construction projects (preferred).
  • •Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
