Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, install, maintain, and repair electrical production/factory equipment.
  • •Read and interpret maintenance specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings; fabricate parts and set up and operate machine tools with close tolerances.
  • •Inspect and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment mechanical failures and rebuild/repair equipment per specifications using computerized diagnostic tools.
  • •Check equipment after work to ensure proper operation; perform prep and paint and maintain required company records; support other mechanical trades as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.48 - 38.87 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or an approved apprenticeship certificate in a Maintenance/Mechanic specialty, or 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of industrial mechanic trade experience.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Horseheads, NY will be considered (Active Duty Military Service exempt).
  • •Must provide your own hand tools and have a lockable toolbox.
