Key Responsibilities

  • •Tabulate and process financial contributions to ensure timely, accurate recording of funds received.
  • •Deposit cash and checks to the local bank account and review check requests and supporting documents for documentation and authorization.
  • •Cut checks for all World Relief operations, including refugee assistance checks, staff reimbursements, and bill payments.
  • •Maintain detailed financial documentation (digital and hard copy) and manage accounts payable archives per the records retention policy.
  • •Reconcile and allocate corporate credit card transactions; maintain W-9 records and assist with issuing 1099s to qualifying vendors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.33 - 29.06 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience working with vendor invoices and check requests, including experience with a computerized accounts payable system.
  • •Fluency in Microsoft software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and organize in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience handling cash and working with Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
