Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join a small, highly skilled team building the infrastructure that enables modern software and AI applications to connect with core business systems. You’ll own front-end and back-end features (React + Go), participate in architecture discussions, document decisions, and work directly with customers to solve real-world problems in an async-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Full-Stack Development — Build and maintain product features across both the frontend and backend, taking full ownership of the end-to-end experience.
•Frontend Architecture — Develop clean, high-performing interfaces using React. Help set frontend standards and continuously raise the quality bar.
•Product Collaboration — Work closely with engineers and product stakeholders to translate real customer needs into thoughtfully designed solutions.
•Technical Design — Take part in architecture discussions, contributing to decisions that shape the evolution of our platform.
•Customer Impact — Engage directly with customers, gathering feedback to inform and guide your work.

Key Requirements

•Experience in software engineering, building and deploying production applications
•Strong proficiency in React, with genuine full-stack capabilities—including backend development
•Experience with Go, or a willingness to learn it
•A product-focused mindset—you consider the user experience, not just technical implementation
•Excellent written communication skills; able to document your own decisions in an async-first team environment
