Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to enable secure, reliable software releases for a finance data product. Partner with finance, regulatory reporting, treasury, and engineering teams to automate change requests and pipeline gates using ServiceNow, manage artifacts in registries, and deliver repeatable deployments on Google Cloud services. Embed quality and security checks (SAST/DAST, SCA, tests), troubleshoot pipeline operations, and use Terraform to support infrastructure-as-code and developer enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, build, and evolve scalable, reusable, and secure CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for multi-language, microservice-based applications.
•Integrate deployment pipelines with change-management and compliance systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to automate change requests and pipeline gates.
•Administer artifact and container registries (e.g., JFrog Artifactory, GCP Artifact Registry) and support tooling for developer interactions.
•Collaborate on secure, repeatable cloud deployment templates targeting GCP services (GKE, Cloud Run, GCS, Dataform, IAM).
•Troubleshoot build/runner/caching/deployment issues and embed quality/security gates (SAST/DAST, SCA, unit/integration tests) into merge request pipelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, or full-stack development with hands-on CI/CD exposure.
•Hands-on CI/CD pipeline development in GitLab, including GitLab CI YAML, branching strategies, and runner configuration.
•Strong scripting skills using at least one of Python, Go, or JavaScript, plus Bash for automation and internal tooling.
•Solid foundation in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Build, IAM role bindings, and VPC service controls.
•Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, including state management and safely provisioning pipeline/cloud resources.
