Job Summary

Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions and regions for a fast-growing AI-enabled insurance platform, partnering with stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring processes. You’ll own sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate experience across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, HR, and Engineering, in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations.
•Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
•Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
•Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
•Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

•2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
•Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

•Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate functions.
•Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
