Key Responsibilities

  • •Own, manage, and continuously improve the company’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, ensuring alignment with security standards, best practices, business requirements, and SLAs.
  • •Own, manage, and continuously improve the security awareness program—its scope, content, cadence, and performance—aligned with current expectations and business relevance.
  • •Manage ongoing GRC team operations including project management and tracking, financial planning and reporting, and annual and periodic planning.
  • •Drive GRC efficiency using AI tools for research, innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making, including chatbot/AI assistant usage and AI-assisted development.
  • •Support GRC operations such as internal and external audits, risk assessments, certification processes, policy management, and business continuity program activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or GRC.
  • •Proven experience in cyber/IT or third-party risk management.
  • •Proven experience in security awareness, including developing and testing security training (e.g., phishing, vishing, social engineering).
  • •Strong understanding of GRC best practices, regulations, frameworks, and standards such as SOC 2, ISO, NIST, CIS, DORA, and GDPR.
  • •Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work, including comfort with AI-assisted development for automations or internal tools.
