Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing an excellent customer experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect for safe operation, complete customer paperwork, and document thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record and follow CMV Driver Qualification requirements. This full-time role includes rotating days off, shift coverage from 7am–9pm, and additional local licensing/notary steps sponsored by Carvana.
