Job Summary

Join Wise’s Quality Assurance team to provide independent, expert assurance over how work is done, spotting risk and gaps, and turning insights into practical improvements. Lead QA improvements across the function, coach colleagues, use data and AI to identify trends, and collaborate with Operations, Products and Line 2 to raise the bar on quality in a fast-moving FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Trains and coaches QA specialists to achieve and maintain competence across the team through accreditation and ongoing monitoring.
•Perform horizon scanning to identify changes impacting QA and adapt assessments accordingly.
•Review the most complex/high-risk cases and lead thematic reviews using test scripts and scorecards to assess policy compliance and risk appetite.
•Act as a Subject Matter Expert, resolving complex queries/escalations and coaching QA staff to drive correct decision making and root cause analysis.
•Lead calibration activities with QA and other stakeholders to ensure consistent outcomes and drive best practice.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,950 - 3,525 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of QA or experience in AML Investigation, SAR Reporting, Fraud, KYC (EDD/CDD) including coaching others in domain subjects.
•Fluent in English (written and verbal)
•Strong QA methodology experience (testing procedures, scoring, root cause analysis, continuous improvement)
•Risk and Compliance expertise with ability to apply policy requirements and regulatory guidance
•Ability to train and coach QA Specialists, and to use systems, dashboards and AI tools for data analysis
