Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and drive MRP alignment while partnering with industrial, engineering, repair supply partners, MRP controllers, and delivery assurance to create continuous inventory flow.
  • •Support F135 initial and replenishment spares by planning target inventory quantities and tracking spares sales order placements, follow-ups, expedites, and delivery status.
  • •Refine material item management and logistics support capabilities, including support for expansion of the F135 operational support construct.
  • •Use analytical data and MS Excel to support spares redistribution decisions, including allocation prioritization and ad hoc analyses.
  • •Lead meetings and debrief on actions, provide cross-functional updates, brief senior leaders as needed, and provide coaching and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •5 years of experience managing MRP and/or inventory in an operational supply chain.
  • •Or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience managing MRP and/or inventory in an operational supply chain.
  • •Strong MS Excel skills, including intermediate to advanced formulas such as XLookup, VLookup, and compound IF statements.
