Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted technical partner during onboarding, implementation, and adoption for enterprise customers.
  • •Troubleshoot customer issues and own technical resolution from investigation through completion.
  • •Lead technical PoCs and PoVs end-to-end, including setup through successful completion.
  • •Build and maintain representative customer environments and validate releases against real-world customer use cases before deployment.
  • •Capture customer feedback and product insights, and help create scalable implementation, support, and validation processes.

Key Requirements
