Job Summary

Lead daily operations in a TikTok Shop sorting center’s automated sortation area, driving safe and accurate package processing using Matrix and Cross Belt Sorter systems. Monitor throughput, sort accuracy, and on-time processing, investigate exceptions (e.g., unreadable barcodes, missing shipment data, misroutes), and coordinate real-time responses to equipment downtime. Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and IT to improve reliability, reduce missorts and losses, and develop frontline operators.

•Lead daily operations within the automated sortation area, ensuring safe and efficient sorting activities using Matrix and cross belt sorter systems.
•Monitor and drive key operational metrics including throughput, sort accuracy, on-time processing, and operational efficiency.
•Investigate operational exceptions (e.g., unreadable barcodes, missing shipment data, damaged packages, sorter misroutes) and drive timely root-cause resolution.
•Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and IT to troubleshoot equipment issues, conveyor disruptions, system failures, and sorter logic exceptions.
•Lead, coach, and develop frontline operators and Team Leads while promoting a strong safety and continuous-improvement culture.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in sortation, fulfillment, parcel logistics, or warehouse operations.
•Experience managing frontline operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
•Experience working with automated material handling equipment, conveyor systems, or sortation technologies.
•Strong problem solving and root cause analysis with the ability to make real-time operational decisions.
