Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of AMD’s CPU Silicon Emulation team to validate next-generation AMD CPU design in emulation and pre-silicon environments.
  • •Debug emulation issues of RTL and resolve low-level software and hardware problems.
  • •Use emulation and silicon debug tools including JTAG and kernel debuggers to support bring-up and troubleshooting.
  • •Provide feedback to the design team based on findings across CPU pipeline stages and complex microarchitecture features.
  • •Support FPGA-related efforts and contribute to validation and debug for digital circuits, including scripting support for tooling.

Salary: INR 2,186,520 - 3,123,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in emulation and silicon environments, including pre-silicon prototyping.
  • •Strong debugging skills for low-level software and hardware issues in RTL/emulation environments.
  • •Proficiency with Verilog/SystemVerilog and validation/debug of digital circuits.
  • •Programming experience in C and scripting proficiency in Python and TCL.
  • •Knowledge of CPU and SoC architectures and basic understanding of power and performance.
