Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from the press, stack/place it on pallets, and print pallet labels with Pecas.
  • •Pull product from the press, stack/place on pallets, ensure correct loading for material handling, and review jobs for quality and accuracy.
  • •Perform make-ready and downtime support tasks, including press setup/breakdown activities, cylinder/pump/ink and solvent changes, and related equipment adjustments.
  • •Operate safely as part of the press crew: follow OHSE, PPE, hazardous waste handling, uniform, cleaning, and grounding/storage/spill-cleanup procedures.
  • •When applicable, perform folder/gluer and forklift driver duties such as feeding/palletizing product, operating lift trucks for safe material movement, labeling spot checks, recycling waste handling, and completing daily inspection paperwork.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) with 1–3 years of related production experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability, including manual dexterity and the ability to safely manipulate product and equipment.
  • •Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of all company equipment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending, reaching, balancing, climbing, kneeling, and crouching.
  • •Ability to rotate shifts and be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
