Sales & Service Lead - Brentwood Town Center

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor by coaching the team on guest connection and technical product education. Drive daily client relationship building, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure strong sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives. Partner with Operations and Visual Leads to manage operational needs (budgets, expenses, inventory, vendors, facilities) while demonstrating business acumen through metrics and leading by example as a people leader.
