Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle executive administrative tasks including planning and coordinating schedules, managing calendars, arranging travel plans, and completing expense reports.
  • •Prepare confidential correspondence and presentations and create charts, graphs, tables, and text slides with formatting consistency.
  • •Communicate on behalf of executive leaders with other senior leaders and serve as a bridge between executive offices and internal departments.
  • •Manage invoices and support budgeting and reporting, collaborating with the executive assistant team on project prioritization and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong work tenure supporting executive officers, preferably in a medium-to-large public company.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Co-Pilot.
