Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and monitor cross-functional technical teams to execute projects, including budgets, hours/expenses tracking, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
  • •Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans, including WBS tasks and estimated costs.
  • •Establish and drive technical review levels, ensuring QA/QC plan adherence and maintaining records of review disposition and correspondence.
  • •Manage margin analyses, margin goals, risk contingencies, and support technical aspects of contract negotiation and meetings.
  • •Conduct project kick-off and ensure lifecycle documentation, reporting, schedule/budget/cost/change management, AR/unbilled revenue monitoring, and formal closeout with lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
  • •Essential project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience in project management within the industry.
  • •Strong understanding of project delivery in the A/E/C industry and project management experience.
  • •Highly proficient analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with proven safety and QA/QC adherence.
