  • •Map and grow relationships across the customer organization from executives to practitioners.
  • •Maintain account success plans, monitor health metrics, and mobilize internal teams to resolve risks before they impact the account.
  • •Identify expansion pathways and professional services opportunities, orchestrating internal resources to address technical challenges and feeding insights to Product Management and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Customer Success, Client Account Management, or Strategic Account Management in enterprise SaaS or IT consulting.
  • •Proven track record managing enterprise accounts, running Executive Business Reviews, and driving adoption programs.
  • •Strong project management, strategic thinking, and executive presentation skills.
  • •High technical aptitude to converse with engineering leaders, DevOps managers, and enterprise architects on software delivery challenges.
  • •Experience driving organizational change management and converting champions into references/case studies/CAB participants.
