Key Responsibilities

  • •Support LOB head on plan delivery tasks.
  • •Review performance KPIs and metrics and report trends, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  • •Regularly monitor portfolio mix to identify risks and opportunities and communicate with stakeholders.
  • •Manage underwriting referrals and UAL uplift with operations.
  • •Maintain underwriting records and ensure compliance with Central Bank standards and Zurich underwriting practices, escalating issues appropriately when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years underwriting experience with a specific focus on motor products.
  • •Holds or is working towards relevant professional qualifications (CIP, MDI, ACII).
  • •Excellent technical insurance knowledge, including Personal Motor Insurance and Zurich product/policy wordings.
  • •Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • •Experience in home underwriting is an advantage.
