Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for HDPE quote requests across the assigned region.
  • •Develop accurate and timely project quotes including required materials, equipment, services, and support.
  • •Review project requirements to ensure the full scope is captured, including pipe and fittings, fusion equipment, labor assumptions, training, and service needs.
  • •Identify fusion tooling requirements and coordinate with the National Rental Center to incorporate tooling rentals, training, service support, and costs.
  • •Maintain and improve quotation standards and processes, coordinate manufacturer/supplier pricing and lead times, and support smooth quote-to-order transitions with clear bills of material and expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of estimating, quoting, or project pricing experience in construction, infrastructure, utility, waterworks, industrial, or related industries.
  • •Experience using estimating/quoting software such as PlanSwift or QuoteSoft (or similar).
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • •Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and project drawings.
  • •Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail, with confidence to make informed recommendations.
