Job Summary

Support Lalamove’s Legal team with end-to-end general commercial work across departments, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and assisting contract negotiations. Conduct legal research and analyze legal/compliance developments, advise on litigation and commercial issues, and develop legal T&Cs, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance. Provide legal training to business stakeholders and support senior lawyers with tasks and team administration.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft and review legal documents and support contract negotiation processes for different departments.
•Conduct legal research and analysis on legal/compliance developments, and recommend appropriate actions.
•Advise the company on litigation and commercial legal issues and support business units with legal advice.
•Develop and implement legal T&Cs, policies, and guidelines to protect the group’s interests and ensure compliance.
•Provide legal training to business stakeholders and assist senior lawyers with assigned tasks and Legal Team administration.

Key Requirements

•2-6 years’ post-qualification experience from reputable law firms or MNCs.
•Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions or the U.S.
•Experience in general commercial and commercial transactions.
•Experience dealing with regulatory practice relating to international businesses.
•Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
