Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and review legal documents and support contract negotiation processes for different departments.
  • •Conduct legal research and analysis on legal/compliance developments, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • •Advise the company on litigation and commercial legal issues and support business units with legal advice.
  • •Develop and implement legal T&Cs, policies, and guidelines to protect the group’s interests and ensure compliance.
  • •Provide legal training to business stakeholders and assist senior lawyers with assigned tasks and Legal Team administration.

Key Requirements

  • •2-6 years’ post-qualification experience from reputable law firms or MNCs.
  • •Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions or the U.S.
  • •Experience in general commercial and commercial transactions.
  • •Experience dealing with regulatory practice relating to international businesses.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
