Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical side of the post-sale customer journey, from deployment and integration through adoption, expansion, and ongoing success.
  • •Engage with customers to understand workflows and deployment requirements, translating findings into implementation plans.
  • •Partner to assess data readiness, gather inputs, configure and integrate AI components into tailored workflows, and collaborate with R&D to close data gaps.
  • •Lead end-to-end solution deployment, ensuring performance and business-value expectations, defining success metrics, and driving post-launch adoption.
  • •Lead enterprise system integrations (e.g., finance/ERP/email), guide customers through security/compliance/IT approvals, and execute rollouts for smooth implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or a similar post-sale, customer-facing role.
  • •Translate business needs into technical solutions with strong analytical skills.
  • •Strong understanding of AI concepts and how they apply in enterprise contexts.
  • •Experience supporting deployments across cloud environments and integrating with enterprise systems.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across the solution delivery lifecycle.
