Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in compliance engineering, fintech compliance, or a similar technical compliance role.
  • •Working knowledge of US financial regulations including BSA, AML, KYC, OFAC sanctions, and FinCEN requirements.
  • •Hands-on experience with transaction monitoring systems, identity verification workflows, or watchlist screening tools.
  • •Ability to read and reason about code (Python, SQL, or similar) and discuss technical details with engineers.
  • •Experience translating regulatory language into technical requirements or acceptance criteria.
