Software Engineer II, Forward Deployment

Own customer-facing forward deployment of integrations by leading technical discovery and managing software integrations end-to-end from scoping through deployment. Build, configure, test, and maintain integration tools that connect Flock to customer applications and networks. Troubleshoot complex issues across REST APIs, networking, authentication, and data formats, while creating documentation and partnering with Engineering and Product to improve core product capabilities. Travel regionally 25–50% for deployments.
