Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate and revise accurate engine cost estimates, draft invoices, and final invoices for Event Managers.
  • •Create gross margin sheets for repair and overhaul events.
  • •Calculate warranty percentages based on remaining cycles of LCF parts and apply warranty to estimates and invoices.
  • •Enter and process DIAs (Draft Invoice Adjustments) into MMP534 and submit them for manager and finance approval.
  • •Update cost estimate and billing information in CRM and support customer-centric KPIs with reporting automation and analytics-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •A University Degree (or equivalent experience) with 0–2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • •Related fields such as Business Administration, Aerospace, Engineering, or similar.
  • •Strong interpersonal communication skills in English, including comfort talking with customer managers by phone.
  • •Flexibility to work outside typical office hours (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST) and be results and solution driven.
  • •Experience with SAP and Microsoft software, CRM, and tools including P&WC Customer Portal (My PWC Power), Enovia (PLM), SharePoint, and FIORI.
