MS A/P Specialist

Handle the timely, accurate entry of internal pricing in the accounting system and manage payment of material and haul purchases. Process incoming material purchases and haul invoices, and partner with the billing and internal sales teams to resolve pricing discrepancies between vendor invoices and ticket information. This role also provides backup support for receptionist duties and includes cross-training to learn new tasks as assigned.
