Head of Discipline Acoustique et Optique F/H

Lead the Acoustics and Optics discipline for a team of about 60 people at the site, part of the Acoustic Antennas unit within the Materials Competence Center. Set the discipline’s strategic plan for technology and innovation, define skills anticipation and capitalization networks, and deploy practices to reach required maturity. Provide technical guidance, coordinate upstream study projects with other departments, and represent product promotion in customer meetings.
