Key Responsibilities

  • •Create weekly supplier-level replenishment plans using inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecast.
  • •Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and calculate supply plans based on generated demand forecasts.
  • •Prepare and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals.
  • •Maintain healthy inventory in DCs and stores against target days cover; monitor supplier issues and escalate to ensure availability.
  • •Identify slow-moving and no-movement SKUs (e.g., no movement for 28 days), work with inventory controller for warehouse balancing, and stay on top of ordering and availability issues within the category group.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • •1–2 years of experience in demand or supply planning.
  • •Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus.
  • •Comfort working with large data sets; highly detail-oriented analytical mindset.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
