Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Qiddiya City Operations Worker Welfare Framework, standards, procedures, management plans, and assurance programs.
  • •Own the Worker Welfare Management Plan to ensure consistent implementation across locations, shifts, service providers, and contractors.
  • •Lead risk-based inspections, audits, and assurance activities for accommodation, welfare facilities, transport, sanitation, hygiene, pest control, recreational facilities, wellbeing, and workforce support arrangements.
  • •Manage welfare-related contractors and service providers by defining welfare requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and performance standards, and conducting performance reviews with corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Operate worker welfare grievance mechanisms, manage triage/investigation/closure, and build city-wide dashboards and performance reports to drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Training or certification in worker welfare, labour standards, social compliance, HSE, auditing, or facilities management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO auditing), preferred.
  • •7+ years of experience in worker welfare, accommodation or camp operations, social compliance, facilities/property operations, or workforce services in large multi-site environments.
  • •Preferred experience supporting worker welfare programmes in large-scale mixed-use destinations, cities, airports, transport networks, entertainment venues, hospitality environments, or similar complex operational settings.
  • •Demonstrated capability in multi-site auditing, evidence-based corrective action close-out, vendor/SLA management, grievance handling, contractor assurance, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.
