Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project managers with client relations, expectations, presentations, workshops, and clarifications.
  • •Develop interior design sketches, paints and fabric samples, and color palettes for client discussions.
  • •Estimate material requirements and costs, and refine selected design options into preliminary and detailed designs with required drawings and reports under supervision.
  • •Develop specifications for materials, finishes, lighting, flooring, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
  • •Support coordination with other design specializations, support tender documents with the Quantity Surveying Department, and assist with quality control and supervision-stage inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
  • •10+ years of industry experience in interior design with in-depth knowledge of the interior design space.
  • •Good graphic skills from hand sketching to 3D animation.
  • •Knowledge of furniture/FF&E, interior finishes, lighting, signage, art, and color schemes.
  • •Proficiency with 3D modeling and design software (e.g., 3D Studio Max, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, InDesign).
