Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for 5–8+ concurrent roles, running everything from intake through offer and closing. Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and interview processes, source proactively across LinkedIn and other channels, and run structured, high-quality interviews. Manage an end-to-end candidate experience and keep the Lever ATS accurate and up to date, while supporting employer branding efforts to strengthen Soum’s regional presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end recruiting for 5–8+ concurrent open roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
•Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and design interviews suited to role seniority and function.
•Source proactively across LinkedIn and other channels to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines.
•Run structured, high-quality interviews and provide hiring managers with clear, well-substantiated candidate assessments.
•Manage the candidate experience end-to-end and keep the Lever ATS clean and current; support employer branding efforts.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house for a startup, scale-up, or marketplace/tech business.
•Track record hiring across multiple functions (e.g., Tech, Operations, Commercial) independently or with light oversight.
•Strong sourcing skills, building pipelines from scratch beyond managing inbound applications.
•Experience recruiting for the Saudi/MENA market, or strong familiarity with regional hiring dynamics.
•Hands-on ATS experience (Lever preferred) and stakeholder management with minimal supervision.
