Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee import and export clearance activities in line with customs and trade regulations, including correct HS codes for import declarations.
  • •Manage SAP data integrity and accuracy for customs requirements, including IT Inventory, KITE, and AEO.
  • •Handle export and import documents and maintain proper administration.
  • •Update procedures (SOP) and work instructions aligned with ISO standards.
  • •Monitor import/export processes, coordinate with 3rd parties and government offices, ensure monthly reporting, and support customs audit activities with safety/health compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience handling import/export activities with a strong track record.
  • •Understand warehouse management and its implementation.
  • •Understand and apply problem-solving techniques.
  • •Hold a Customs Expert Certification from the Ministry of Finance.
