Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily shop administrative functions, including entering repair orders, posting vehicle completions, and ensuring data integrity across internal systems.
  • •Maintain accurate records for vehicle repairs, reconditioning services, and detail completions, including prompt and accurate submission of customer charges.
  • •Coordinate production flow by communicating cross-functionally to prepare for production, track deadlines, and coordinate upcoming auction requirements.
  • •Monitor shop supplies and parts inventory and assist with ordering and maintaining materials to keep operations running.
  • •Run reports on production volume, inventory status, and shop efficiency for management review while serving as a professional point of contact for vehicle status and repair documentation inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •1–3 years of administrative experience; prior auction, mechanical shop, or reconditioning experience is a plus.
  • •Strong proficiency in data entry and ability to learn internal shop management and billing software.
  • •At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license that meets requirements.
  • •Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes for occasional lot coordination.
