Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the learning strategy by building a multi-year roadmap with continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, and development ownership.
  • •Lead priority learning programmes across AI, management, leadership, and soft skills for Group and divisional audiences.
  • •Develop national talent programmes to accelerate capability, readiness, retention, and career progression across relevant markets.
  • •Build real estate capability through practical learning for Asset Development, Asset Management, Construction, and Engineering.
  • •Manage the L&D team, budget, platforms, vendors, governance, and use data to improve participation, capability, and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field; master’s or professional certification preferred.
  • •12+ years’ experience in learning, organisational capability, or talent development, including at least five years in a senior leadership role.
  • •Proven success leading enterprise learning strategies in complex multi-business environments; real estate, construction, engineering, or another asset-intensive sector strongly preferred.
  • •Experience in leadership development, national talent programmes, career development, succession-linked learning, technical academies, or accreditation pathways.
  • •Strong strategic, commercial, and digital learning capability, including learning technologies, analytics, and responsible use of AI.
