Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of high-quality merchants, including sourcing across EU and new markets.
•Own GMV targets across newly launched countries and align merchant incentives, policies, and campaigns to maximize sales velocity.
•Align merchant supply readiness with the creator/influencer ecosystem to improve GMV output.
•Develop tailored growth tracks for different tiers of B-side merchants to improve activation and conversion.
•Provide data-driven insights, operational guidance, and optimization strategies to support sustainable merchant retention.

Key Requirements

•Experience driving initiatives independently while working effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
•Experience with acquisition and incubation merchants in the e-commerce space.
•Data-driven, structured thinker focused on measurable goals.
•Experience in e-commerce operations or related fields.
•Portuguese speaking to work with Portuguese-speaking clients.
