Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, design, and delivery of an underground, municipal infrastructure project, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • •Serve as primary client contact and build relationships with public/private clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary teams with technical leadership, project oversight, and mentorship to engineers and project staff.
  • •Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, risk management, and quality plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate contractors, regulatory agencies, and partners to support compliance and project requirements; manage contract administration, RFIs, and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Construction, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience managing complex infrastructure projects, with significant municipal conveyance experience.
  • •Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada.
  • •Strong understanding of project management across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and contract administration.
  • •Experience developing client relationships and supporting proposals and business growth.
