Job Summary

Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for the design of electrical and ICT systems including lighting, power, earthing, lightning protection, power distribution, containment, load calculations, and capital equipment selection. A hands-on role requiring collaboration across teams to deliver detailed designs compliant with HK/India regulations, with oversight of QA and technical sign-off in a hybrid, multi-location environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare feasibility study reports in the agreed format and review with the Team.
•Collaborate with WSP India team to develop design specifications aligned with employer requirements; monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
•Define and monitor project scope.
•Execute detailed designs in compliance with HK/India regulations, codes of practice, and CDM requirements, including complex calculations and coordination.
•Review and validate design calculations, ensuring QA and technical sign-off.

Key Requirements

•Master's or Graduate electrical engineer with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
•Professional certification from CEng/IEng would be an added advantage
•BGV/background verification as part of employment with WSP India
•Strong knowledge of electrical and ELV systems concept design, space planning, and load calculations
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and MS Office; ability to prepare IFC drawings, schedules, datasheets, schematics, and P&ID
