Job Summary

Play a key role in the Thailand Market Compliance team by monitoring regulatory changes and supporting implementation of compliance requirements across the business. Partner with stakeholders to ensure products and initiatives meet applicable laws and internal policies. Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures, provide credit card and Payment Systems Act guidance, and support compliance monitoring, reviews/examinations, reporting, and awareness/training in coordination with regional colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor key regulatory changes and support implementation of regulatory requirements across the business.
•Work with business partners to support compliance of products, processes, and initiatives under applicable laws and regulations.
•Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure appropriate implementation across business units.
•Provide compliance advice and guidance on credit card business requirements, the Payment Systems Act, consumer protection, and internal policies.
•Support ongoing compliance monitoring, internal reviews and regulatory examinations, follow-up actions, and preparation of compliance reporting and awareness/training.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience.
•Ability to work across a broad range of compliance responsibilities across multiple business units and management levels.
•Experience in project management, tracking tasks against milestones, and managing stakeholders.
•Knowledge of credit card regulations and the Payment Systems Act is highly preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in English and Thai (speaking, writing, listening).
