Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance and machine repairs.
  • •Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; implement prevention/predictive maintenance systems, TPM, and SOPs.
  • •Develop and maintain maintenance KPIs and provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and maintain accurate records and inventory.
  • •In the absence of key personnel, complete or delegate required tasks and responsibilities.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or an equivalent education/experience combination).
  • •Experience leading others through training, coaching, or mentoring, or managing a process or project.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
