Job Summary

Lead maintenance teams responsible for installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of critical plant equipment across the facility. Oversee scheduling with Production, troubleshoot equipment failures, and drive maintenance systems such as predictive/preventive maintenance and TPM. Maintain USDA-compliant documentation and inventories, monitor KPIs for reliability and effectiveness, and ensure continuity by completing or delegating required tasks when key personnel are absent.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance and machine repairs.
•Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; implement prevention/predictive maintenance systems, TPM, and SOPs.
•Develop and maintain maintenance KPIs and provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
•Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and maintain accurate records and inventory.
•In the absence of key personnel, complete or delegate required tasks and responsibilities.

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or an equivalent education/experience combination).

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
