Operate and maintain PV solar plants and substations in a safe, efficient, and reliable manner in Shuaiba, Saudi Arabia. Bring hands-on experience with robotic module cleaning systems and PV tracking mechanisms, perform preventive/corrective maintenance on PV modules, inverters, SCBs, UPS, and transformers, and ensure compliance with Saudi electrical standards and HSE regulations.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of PV modules, inverters, SCBs, UPS, and transformers to ensure reliable operation
•Monitor and troubleshoot via SCADA, addressing alarms and field issues to minimize outages
•Assist with the operation and maintenance of electrical systems including HT/LT panels and cables
•Support erection, testing, and commissioning of transformers, HT/LT panels, and cables per SEC/NEOM standards
•Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely execution and maintain documentation for audits and shift handovers

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV operations and maintenance
•Must include experience with robotic module cleaning systems and PV tracking mechanisms
•Technical Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
•Valid Electrical License (preferred: transferable to Saudi Council of Engineers)
•Electrical Wireman License (preferred)
