Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage project costs from start to handover in collaboration with project/program managers and the project team.
  • •Support budgeting by gathering data, performing background research, and using benchmarking.
  • •Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, and analyze offers.
  • •Assist in advising clients with recommendations across project stages, including evaluating and negotiating variations (more/less work).
  • •Create interim payment schedules, month reports, and financially close projects as part of the cost management process.
