Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement energy strategies and initiatives to improve portfolio energy consumption and allocation, including benchmarking, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • •Serve as a key contact for energy-saving and efficiency projects (e.g., solar, grid hybrid, inverters, AVRs), supporting implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Manage energy desk activities and team performance; coordinate site energy audits and provide training to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Oversee fuel controls and operational systems: ensure fuel delivery and top-up procedures, manage fuel claims/site theft sign-offs, and maintain visibility/control for RMS and OSS systems.
  • •Support service delivery and stakeholder management by meeting customer SLA deliverables, coordinating incident processes, resolving escalations, and ensuring 99.99% operational availability for NOC tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Renewable Energies, Electricity, or Telecommunications.
  • •At least 5 years’ related experience in data analysis and energy management, especially fuel and electricity management.
  • •Strong understanding of telecoms towers, components, and related technologies.
  • •Experience in contract and stock management.
  • •Experience managing solar systems and supporting energy-saving/energy-efficiency projects, with a relevant certification in renewable energy and/or project management.
