Job Summary

Perform quality control tasks on the production line by moving polymer concrete products off conveyors and down stacking them onto skids. Identify casting defects, label non-conformances with HOLD tags, and log them in a QA hold log. Communicate quality concerns to line team leads and casters, lead STOP/CALL/WAIT when scrap is identified, and support light rework, training, 5S, and LEAN/CI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies and guidelines.
•Identify casting defects and properly label non-conformances with HOLD tags.
•Log non-conformances in the QA HOLD log and communicate quality concerns to leads, supervisors, and casters.
•Lead STOP/CALL/WAIT when scrap is identified and perform light rework on the line.
•Assist with training new hires, maintain 5S, help with raw material testing, and participate in LEAN/CI initiatives.
