Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver general maintenance services for a designated area or property portfolio.
  • •Report faults using the AORA IT system and ensure faults are closed for each property.
  • •Ensure properties are compliant and fit for purpose when completing tasks, including checking relevant property reports before work.
  • •Complete all works in line with risk assessments and method statements, and support user safety to building standards.
  • •Manage materials/PPE purchasing from approved suppliers, keep receipts per job, dispose of waste appropriately, and complete garden maintenance.
