  • •Own market metric performance (quality, storefront reliability, efficiency, profitability) by identifying opportunities and implementing growth plans.
  • •Drive operational efficiencies through process improvement pilots/projects with cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining positive employee experience.

Key Requirements
