Key Responsibilities

  • •Support general facility maintenance for AODC and 750 buildings, including building systems, infrastructure, and equipment needs.
  • •Assist with equipment services, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance in the operations building.
  • •Provide daily oversight of janitorial services and help supervise outside contractors during facility work, repairs, or installations.
  • •Support EH&S and Environmental Management System activities, including OSHA-related compliance documentation.
  • •Participate in on-call facilities support, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and after-hours maintenance as required.

Key Requirements
