Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
  • •Become proficient at deepening consumer and small business customer relationships and delivering memorable customer experiences.
  • •Develop and maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
  • •Master the consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Source, develop, coach, and lead a team that reinforces core values and business strategies, and help cultivate a One Bank culture.

  • •College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
