Key Responsibilities

•Rig up and rig down surface and down-hole well logging equipment at work locations to record information about subsurface geologic formations.
•Assemble down-hole logging tools (electric, nuclear, sonic, and other tools) and ensure proper operation at the job site.
•Operate well logging equipment on-site and perform basic maintenance on down-hole and surface equipment.
•Conduct pre- and post-job vehicle and equipment inspections and complete related paperwork.
•Learn and operate pressure control equipment, while complying with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent
•6 months of experience as an Operator Assistant II - Logging and Perforating
•Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is required
•Strong communication and writing skills are necessary for the job
•Basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and basic reading/writing skills are required
