•Partner with leaders across product and engineering, GTM, operations, and support to support strategic decision-making and initiative prioritization.
•Own end-to-end, well-scoped projects from framing problems through execution and landing outcomes.
•Turn messy data into clear recommendations by structuring problems, performing analysis, and delivering executive-ready findings.
•Produce competitive and market analyses, including teardowns of adjacent products and workflows.
•Support high-visibility launches and run recurring operating processes end to end (OKR/planning cycles and operating rhythm).

Salary: USD 176,800 - 218,400 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or PE/VC, and 1+ years at a high-growth tech company.
•Excellent analytical problem-solving to uncover insights and turn them into recommendations and action plans.
•BA/BS in Economics, Math, Finance, Engineering, CS, or another quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to synthesize findings for multiple audiences.
•Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, build cross-functional relationships, and drive projects and processes end-to-end.
